“In 2012 the recorded rate of Liquor offences in BYRON Local Government Area was ranked 1 out of the 140 Local Government Areas that have populations greater than 3000*”(Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research)

 

Assault Ranking
“In 2012 the recorded rate of Assault – non-domestic violence related in BYRON Local Government Area was ranked 6 out of the 140 Local Government Areas that have populations greater than 3000*. 16 Local Government Areas had no recorded incidents of Assault – non-domestic violence related in 2012 and as such were ranked equal last.”(Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research)
